RULES OF DISIPLINE.

• With a view to achieving the purpose of joining this educational institution, the students are required to maintain the height standard of disciline both inside and outside the college.

• Every student shall wear clean and decent dress in the campus ( Uniforms)

• Every student is expected to wish the members of the staff when he/she meets them on the first occation for the day.

• The students are strictly prohibited from smoking in the premises of the college

• The students are strictly prohibited from entering the premises of the college drinking/ consuming alcoholic drinks/drugs.

• The students should not loiter around the premises during the working hours.

• The students are expected to be regular and punctual to the classes.

• On the ring of the first bell, students shall assemble in their respective class rooms and wait silently for the Lecturer.

• Students shall not enter the class or leave the class without the permission of the Lecturer.

• Students who habitually come late, or absent themselves frequently from the classes without valid reasons approved by the Principal will be subjected to such disciplinary action as the Principal may decide.

• Minimum attendance required in each subject of study for the course in the case of a student is 75%.

• The name of the students who absents himself/herself continuously for more than a week without the prior sanction by the principal shall be struck off the rools unless satifactory reasons are given for his/her absence.

• Irregular attendance, indifference to studies and examinations, discourtesy towards the teacher, obscenity in word or act, witful damage of college property, anti social activitiesetc., are liable for disciplinary action which includes expulsion from the college.

• In case of any damage to the college Proprty , the damage will be charged to the students concerned; if the persons who caused the damage are unknown, the cost may be collected equally from the students. It is the joint responsibility of the students in the college to safegaurd the college property.

• Without the prior permission of the Principal, students shall not organise any activities or associate with any group,organisation, not concerned with the college.

• Every student should possess an Identity card  issued by the college and prodused whenever asked for.

• USE OF MOBILE PHONES IN THE COLLEGE CAMPUS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITTE

 

• These rules are laid down, not iwith an intension in impose authoritybut to make things orderly, convenient and helpful to promote the welfare of all the students. Every student is reminded that , only those be come real leaders, who are disilplined who are strong,morally and this moral strength can be built up by every student now, while at the college, in the company of good friends, good teachers and good Books.
